We're a small team of parents. Real replies, no ticket queue.
Email support@offlinemums.com and we'll get back to you. It helps to tell us your device and OS version, and what you were doing when something went wrong.
Move to a new phone — backup & restore
Your data lives on your device, so moving phones is a backup-and-restore, fully in your control:
- Back up: open Settings → Backups and save a backup file to a folder you choose — on the phone, or a cloud folder you control (your own Drive, iCloud Drive, Dropbox, or Files location).
- Restore: install the app on the new phone, and on the welcome screen tap Restore from backup, then point it at your backup file. Everything comes back — profiles, events, and settings.
Turn on automatic backups so you always have a recent copy. We never see these backups; they only ever go where you point them.
Refunds
Offline Baby Tracker is a one-time €9.99 purchase. Refunds are handled by the store you bought from, under their standard policies — request one through the App Store or Google Play.
Common questions

It's a single-caregiver app — there's no real-time sync between devices. That trade-off is what keeps your data fully private and on-device. You can move your data with a backup file.
